What is the Return Policy?
We accept returns received within 15 days of original purchase for an online store credit. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.

If you are unhappy with any of the products that you receive you may send them back to us within 15 days for an online store credit. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. TOOLS AND DEVICES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
All returns MUST be approved by us before they are received.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or if an error occurs on your order, you must report the damage or error to us within 24 hours. Keep all shipping and packaging materials because we may need to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. We can then issue you a credit for any confirmed damage or send you a replacement.
